("Zhongguang New Energy") recently signed a plant-wide operation and maintenance service contract with Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute") for the whole plant operation and maintenance service contract of State Power Investment Henan Company's Xinjiang Turpan Shanshan Qiketai 100MW photothermal power generation project ("photothermal power project").

According to the service contract, Zhongguang New Energy will provide operation and maintenance services to Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute within one year after the trial operation of the photothermal power project is completed.

The signing of the service contract is not only in line with the development direction of "operation and maintenance +", one of the three core strategic businesses of Zhongguang New Energy, but also lays a solid foundation for the company to actively develop the operation and maintenance business market of photothermal power plants in the new energy and service business sector of the Group.

In order to respond to the national "double carbon" goal and meet the needs of the development of the photothermal market, the company cultivates professionals in operation and maintenance, sets up a photothermal operation and maintenance team, and makes use of the accumulation of practical experience in the construction of photothermal power station based on Zhongguang New Energy for many years, so as to provide the majority of photothermal power plant owners with standardized and systematic Olympiad solutions covering the whole life cycle, and to protect the healthy operation of the power plant.
